CURRENTLY IN DEVELOPMENT: SOUNDTRACK FOR “MINUTE OF ISLANDS”

For this wonderful game from studio Fizbin I am working in a close sonic alliance with sound designer and friend Christian Wittmoser. Our goal is to cross the boundaries between sound design and music to create a unique coherent sonic world in the game. 

Sounds that feel like music and music made from sounds. 

Getting deeply immersed in the game is what we aim for and that is why we use the middleware FMOD to ensure the soundtrack reacts to the player’s input without the player taking note.

Thomas Hoehl composes music for films, video games and concert halls. His music covers a wide range of different styles - purely acoustic, purely synthetic, hybrid... experimental, bizarre, bombastic, minimalistic... big orchestra, chamber orchestra, pop/jazz band...

This versatility is a consequence of his philosophy to put a lot of effort in finding the right sonic pallettes for each project.
